After graduation getting a direct job where I did my internship was dream come true. I am recently working with Urmul seemant Samiti Income Generation Programme (IGP),as designer.

I chose this job as I always wanted to work with artisans, to Know there daily struggle and challenges. As a Urban Kid I have always been pampered by my parents. But life here in villages is damn challenging. I chose Urmul to look upto the daily challenges life throws at me.

As a part of Urmul Desert Crafts I go to the villages around with my team and conduct training related to embroidery, applique, tie-dye, block print, bead ball and etc. I always felt giving training always upgraded me as a person. It made me more patient and directional.

Artisans here are already skilled. I always try to shape it according to market trends and needs.
