Shipping

A complete postal address including pin code, email id and contact number is essential to help us ship your order. Kindly cross-check your pin-code and contact number before you complete your order.

After confirmation of order from our customer support team, products are couriered within 5 – 7 business working days or refer product description in case of made to order products

Information regarding the Airway Bill number will be communicated to the buyer after the products are dispatched.

Custom duty charges, if any in your country, will be borne by the customer.

Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday to Saturday: 9am to 6pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

As soon as your package is dispatched, we will email you your order tracking details. Kindly bear with us until then.

Return Policy

Please ensure that the product return is initiated within 7 days of receipt of the article.

Please ensure that product is in unused and original condition. Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product.

In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged or wrong you should email us a photo of the damaged product with the tag within 48 hours of receiving your order

Not all products are eligible for returns. In order to maintain fairness to our artisans and craftsmen, as well as keep our prices fair, many items are “Final Sale”. Please make it a point to understand which products are eligible for returns before purchasing.

Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick up at an agreed upon time.

Replacement is subject to availability of stock . In case a Replacement is not available, we will refund the amount for the same.

Made-to-order/custom products cannot be replaced or returned.
